YAG Series (Oil Seperators)

 

In the liquid side of the system oil seperators are used the the outlet side of the compressors. Oil seperators are used to seperate the oil that is pressurised and pushed out with the refrigerant. Oil seperators are recovering the pushed oil and feeds the compressor with the same oil. Oil seperators have to be installed vertically and before take in to operation oil seperators have to be filled with the requred amount of oil mensioned in the catalogue.

YAG 1A series oil seperators are the most simple oil seperators and they are equipped with a 1/4" SAE connection for oil return.

YAG 1B series oil seperators are our basic helical type oil seperators. And they are equipped with a 3/8” SAE connection for oil return.

YAG 2 series products are seperating the oil with a special helical way. It is equipped with a de-attachable flat flange. By opening the flange you are able to clean the float ball and all the ail return line that is placed over the flange. Bottom of this flange there is a 3/8” SAE oil return connection. When installing YAG 2 series oil seperators. You have to leave 20cm of free space under the product for de-attaching and attaching the bottom flange.

YAG 3 series oil seperators are used when there is high capacity of refrigerang flow exists. This serie oil seperators are equipped with a special filter inside for the seperation and there is a 3/8” SAE connection for oil return. The bottom flange is de-attachable and attachable so that when you need you can open it and clean the oil return system and float ball. You have to leave 20cm of free space under the product for de-attaching and attaching the bottom flange.

YAG 4 series oil seperators are specially used with screw compressors to seperate the oil from the refrigerant. It is equipped with the sight glasses, rotalock valve outlets, heater connections and thermostate connections.

 

FYG Series (Oil Filters)

 

The main function of oil filters is to filter unwanted particuler in the oil system like burrs and welding spots and to protect the compressor againg such mechanical components.

 

 

 

 

YSRG Series (Oil Regulators)

 

Mechanical oil regulators used to feed oil to the compressors when needed. It works with a float ball and in standart the inlet is 3/8” SAE for these regulators. You can also ask us to preapre a scpecila design to attach a low level electronic level controler (LC1, LC2 etc.) by that way you are able to stop the system in case of low oil level. By the same way you can also put a hig level electronic level controller (LC1, LC2 etc.) and you can protect compressor to be feed with much oil.
